~1974. Uncle Frank with his son Dustin, on Dusin's birthday. They asked the police to drop by. I remember that the cop asked Dustin if he wanted to touch the lights. He reached out slowly, and just as he made contact, the cop turned on the siren. Dustin jerked his hand back, but laughed.
